Experience a special dinner in the place where flavour grows.
On Sunday 21 September, we invite you to a unique pop-up experience right on our farm. Among the rows of shiitake mushrooms, you’ll enjoy a three-course dinner with a festive amuse-bouche, water and beverages. The culinary team from Herberg de Klomp will cook amidst nature and let you savour pure, local ingredients.
We’ll start with a welcome at Shiitake Kwekerij Haveman in Balkbrug with a glass of bubbly, after which we’ll walk together to the field for an afternoon full of surprising flavours, tranquillity and experience.
